TIGER WOODS has been blasted by sacked caddie Steve Williams.
Shamed Woods brought an end to the partnership that landed 13 Majors - and walked straight into a rocket from the Kiwi bagman.Williams clearly feels he has been betrayed after staying loyal to Woods, and keeping his mouth shut, during the rumpus over the American golfer's extra-marital romps.
The New Zealander fumed: "Following the AT&T National earlier this month he informed me that he needed to make a change.
"After nearly 13 years of loyal service, needless to say this came as a shock.
"Given the circumstances of the past 18 months - working through Tiger's scandal, a new coach and Tiger battling through injuries - I am very disappointed."
Woods, 35, won 13 of his 14 Majors with Williams, after he brought him in to replace his only other full-time caddie, Mike Cowan.
Williams, who will now work with Aussie Adam Scott, earned £20million as Woods' caddie - he was paid 10 per cent of all prize money and had his own sponsorship deal.
For most of the past decade he was New Zealand's highest-paid sportsman.
Woods said: "I want to express my deepest gratitude to Stevie but it's time for a change."
