TONE deaf Ashley Cole grabbed a karaoke microphone to serenade ex-wife Cheryl - only to SLAUGHTER the Bruno Mars ballad.

The England soccer romeo - back dating the Girls Aloud beauty after she dumped him for cheating on her - turned crooner by belting out the soppy song Just The Way You Are.
Cole, 30, was with the former X Factor babe, 28, at a pal's housewarming bash when he launched into his "out of tune" rendition.

The song includes the cheesy lyric: "When I see your face, there's nothing that I would change - 'cause you're amazing just the way you are."

A family friend revealed yesterday: "Ashley pretty much murdered the song. But Cheryl loved it."
Blushing Cheryl then sang a track by US country band Lonestar called Amazed. It includes the line: "I'm so in love with you, it just keeps getting better."
The pal said following the slushy antics in Barnet, North London: "It was clearly about Ashley."
The couple have battled to keep their reconciliation hush-hush. But it emerged they also enjoyed a pizza together at the house of Cheryl's Girls Aloud bandmate Kimberley Walsh, 29.
Chums say the pair now plan to holiday together.
